Who we are
Black & Black is an industrial relations and human resources consultancy operating in South Africa. We are the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, organisation, contact details, the area you need help with and your message. We do not ask for sensitive personal information through this website.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, understand your requirements and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
When you submit an inquiry, a WhatsApp chat opens with your message ready to send to us. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
How we protect it
Inquiries are stored securely, with access limited to people who need it to respond to you. We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
